Lemon Garlic Scallops



These scallops are infused with the bright flavors of lemon and garlic, creating a zesty and aromatic dish that is ready to enjoy in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 12 large scallops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Paper towels can be used to dry the scallops

Olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Cover the scallops with the mix

Set the pan on medium-high heat

Put the scallops in the pan and cook them for two to three minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and done

Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
